How the shop works
What you see before you pay.
The product page and checkout use the same rules: stock, making days, colours, and delivery.

In stock, or made after you order
In-stock pieces are already finished and wait on courier time. Made-to-order pieces start after the order is placed, not before.

An estimate, not a promise of the hour
Made-to-order pieces show their making days. The arrival date adds courier time, and you see it before you pay. A busy making week can ask you to lower the quantity.

Colours, when the piece offers them
A made-to-order piece can ask you to pick up to a set number of studio colours. Leave them all off and it is stitched as pictured. Patterns and in-stock pieces do not take a colour choice.
Payment and delivery
Pay the way the piece allows.
Physical pieces can be paid online, by UPI, card, or netbanking, or cash on delivery. Where a part-payment is offered, checkout shows the amount due now and the amount due later.
Patterns are paid online only. An in-stock pattern opens on your order once payment succeeds. A made-to-order pattern opens when it is ready, and pattern orders cannot be cancelled from your account.
We deliver to Indian PIN codes. Standard or express, the fee follows the packed weight and the address.

Knotty Twirls is a crochet studio in India. Bags, pouches, cases, hair ties, and scrunchies are either already made or started after you order. Small differences from the photographs are part of handmade work.
You can cancel a physical order while it is still Pending or Confirmed. After delivery, a return or replacement is for a defective or incorrect piece, inside the window on the Refunds page, with a continuous, unedited unpacking video.

Colours are chosen on the made-to-order piece itself. A size, a gift note, or anything else can go in the order notes. For a piece that is not in the shop, write on WhatsApp or, once you have an account, in the site chat.
